*Lori, Don't beat yourself up too bad (We'll take care of that! :) ) - I have heard that either hi or lo pH will knock the bugs down. One wouldn't want to do both of these at the same time tho. I read about the Alka Seltzer somewhere and also apple cider vinegar to change one's pH. Again never a base and an acid together because of the canceling effect. I also read about vitamin C lowering your pH so I currently do Cranberry Juice and vit C (1000 mg). So far I've been pretty clear since I started that. I also try killing them with alcohol every once in a while - maybe that's the secret.? AZDAVE *
