This is too funny. Last night at dinner time I was telling my husband about an online inquiry about "Planet X." There IS NO PLANET X -- it is an urban legend. LOL.
My husband worked on the space station in Houston in the 1980s when this urban legend began. It is nothing more than a myth. So John is right without coming out and saying it like I did just now. :-) Did you ever watch the very end of the movie "Men in Black"? It does a really good and really cool things showing how insignificant we are. It happens quite quickly and it is at the very end of the movie but it is awesome! And true! Last night was a gorgeous night to be out here. I think it was in the high 70s or low 80s around 7:30P0M with a nice breeze. The only down part was that right now, or last night, there is a three-quarter moon so it is too bright to see as well as without the moonshine. Nonetheless, we were easily able to see the Big Dipper, Casseopia, one of the planets, and several others that we learned about recently. Also, just under the moon there were two swirls of clouds so that was a REAL neat thing to look at. I told my husband I wish we could take photos of something like that and he said that we can with our camera but do not have ALL that is necessary to accomplish it. It is extremely difficult to take nighttime photos. So, you can forget about Planet X because there is no such planet. That is probably why you could not find much on it besides sci-fi type of hits. And that's exactly what it is... science fiction.
