Dick Cheney is using up the healthcare money that would have been used to
balance Medicare. It costs a fortune to keep people alive without a heart.

Subject: [QUAD-L] McCain and McCain's choice for running mate

For the first 6 years, I thought Cheny was the President.  Where has he been
the last 2?  Isn't that strange or is it me?

Best Wishes

Don't kid yourself.  The vice president has quite a bit of power now.  We will
see if that remain so, but if you think he or she doesn't, just look what the
current vice president has managed to accomplish.

When someone running for president chooses their running mate for vice

yourself for thinking any differently.  Anything else is just an insurance

very little if anything at all.  Even the House and Senate have more power than
even the president over most issues as any bills/laws have to be passed by both
of them.
