When someone running for president chooses their running mate for vice
president *is only for* "electoral votes" and nothing else. And don't fool
yourself for thinking any differently. Anything else is just an insurance
policy. When it comes right down to it... the vice president does very,
very, very little if anything at all. Even the House and Senate *have more
power than even the president* over most issues as any bills/laws have to be
passed by both of them.

Anyway, I agree with John. McCain is just too old and, because of that, it
was stupid of him to choose that woman who knows as much about the economy
as you could put in a thimble. And it won't be long before his brain
circuits will not be as sharp (not saying that they are right now... LOL).

And I surely do not want Obama in there. This is the first year that I do
not think we will be voting. McCain already has Arizona anyway. <---
Believe me -- that IS how it works behind the scenes.

The only other two "older" running presidents in history were Ronald Reagan
and Woodrow Wilson (28th President of the United States (1913-1921) It
wasn't too long before Ronald got Alzheimer's (and who really knows when it
actually started) and Woodrow Wilson was just the other "older" President in
office. If McCain gets in -- he will be one of the three "older" Presidents
of our nation. And, of course, the oldest to run for president.

I don't buy into the racist thing because repubs are notorious for voting
straight tickets. but I know plenty of Dems saying they can't be part of
electing a black man, now, they are not talking about John Mccain. And when
someone says they can't vote for a black man, it is racist.
I've met John Mccain and I like him.
The election in November is a referendum on the past 8 years. Are you better
off with republican leadership in the white house? Another problem I have is
John Mccain isn't looking well. I do not want his vice president running
mate as president, "FER SHURRRR".

These are just my thoughts. Please do vote. I'm use to our process of
hirering a cheerleader.
