Well yes and no. Much depend on the make and model of your bed. It also depends on how the cord is attached inside the motor and to your controller. Power to the motor is 2 wires and 110 volts. My cord that makes the bed move up & down got torn apart. It sort of got fixed. The head will go down & that is all it will now do on its own. I have called the store that sold me the bed & they want a $45 service to come out & see what they need to order. I know what needs replacing but they still want that money.
