Hi flo--- l don't know much about the flap, but as far as the pic line...i was sent home with one last April----- they sent out a nurse to show us how to do it, plus leave instructions and a call number if you need any help or have questions, we were worried but my wife caught on to how to do it and it was not to hard for her. good luck and hope all goes well.
