if it is an older complex and they do have one accessable unit----who say's 
they need more?? i'm not arguing...just wondering, even on new units--how many 
do they need to have?       this is a good subject---same for parking spaces 
and so on.

To answer your question, Yes they can.  Do you have the same right to sue them 
for violation of the ADA?  The answer to that question is Yes as well.
