An abdominal Binder can keep a quad belly at bay if you don't eat too much.
I, however, manage to eat a little bit too much and now have a quad belly.
I swore I'd never would, but it's definitely appeared over the last couple
of years.

My Binder is 10 inches wide and doesn't ride up on me, but I don't really
move once I'm in the chair.
