a lot of rehab facilities have a flat scale for measuring weight. First they roll the chair empty and calculate the weight. Then they load you in the chair and weigh again. I had the same problem. I went probably 10 years without knowing my weight. I finely got my weight off the bed from an ER visit. Not sire how accurate they are though. I know if you use a lift to transfer, you can get a small scale that goes between the lift and the sling or grab-bar. Those are petty good.
