My Dodge Caravan has a similar lift but by Wheeler's. When it was not working well I have been captive for hours locked inside. This list is not where you should be looking for answers about the lift, see a dealer soon as possible. Also, there may be a manual way out which mine has located at rear of door assembly close to the motor, gear, and chain. Again, familiarize yourself with this by your dealer.
