Mini vans have gone by the way of the lift and wisely chosen the folding ramps instead. Braun, recently embarked on a venture with Enterprise Leasing, by recycling leased minivans and lowering the floors, installing manual folding ramps to keep it simple but effective. The fewer motorized and moving parts, the better. These recycled vans are marketed thru Braun Dealers for a price much less then brand new Braun Conversions. Linda My ramp can easily be put down by hand , but it is a bear to fold it back up by hand. My wife has to almost wrestle it back into the van. If you park on an incline it will throw the switches off & they don't like the cold weather. My friend that took me over, I wanted him to learn what they did to adjust for 5 mins. but finally we just unhooked the ramp & we put the ramp down by hand. Yours cannot be put down by hand? Of course if you drive yourself you sure can't unhook it even if you could. Good luck on getting it fixed, So Bend hardly ever charged me, $25 one time.
