In my 20 years of SCIsm (15? or so on Jimmy's List), no one subject than parking elicits more anger, angst and replies. Here in NJ we have placards, id cards, plates and those innocuous hanger thingies from the rear view mirror. NOTHING WORKS better than calling a cop. If you're parked in, stuck or have time to wait around for a police response, I suggest that's the thing to do. Otherwise, save your energy for the real challenges.
