you must trust your caregiver to make sure it is maintained, otherwise
they're great.

                                hi all,
1st of all, let me say, my heart goes out to
you who've had skin probs. i have not --no breakdown. but, i have had pain
(sweating & spasms) and lots & lots of shoulder/neck pain up until 2 yrs. ago.
i prayed & told everybody i know, that if for just one night, i'm going to have
a sleep number bed before i die! i finally got one & absolutely looooove it!!
occassionally, the sleep number stores will change out their display beds for
half price. since they're so expensive, that's the only way i could afford
one! if you get a prescription, they void the taxes for medical supplies.
they even have one where the back & legs move up and down like a hospital bed.
i promise you, my legs &/or butt don't hurt
during the night & i have minimal neck/shoulder pain during the day &/or night.
i believe it's the best option for me anyway b/c my body changes w/each year.
therefore, w/this bed, i can change from soft to firm & vise versa...........
check'em out, you'll be amazed in the 1st week......
                                good luck w/whatever you choose

                                Hi everyone,

My nurse recommend an air mattres to avoid
pressure sores.I swear by the air mattres.I have not had any skin problems in
seven years using the over-lay air mattress.I think all quads should use one.

                                Take care,Paul
