I think being disabled is not the problem when it comes to finding love. It is more a matter of confidence in yourself. If you believe and project that you are available and worthy of a loving relationship, it will be more likely the someone will respond to you. If you expect only sympathy and kindness, it may be all you will get. Think about what attracts you to someone and do what you can to adopt those traits.
