Dave died when they removed a central IV line from his neck. His body (as per his wishes) was sent to a university for scientific study. His memorial service will be at 1pm CT at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1305 14th St., Wichita Falls, TX 76301. Jan only asked that you stop and think of Dave and his family for a few moments.
