I have had my 2008 Chrysler Braun Entervan for about a year and sometimes the ramp doesn't deploy correctly,when this happens we just start the cycle over again, it usually works the second time. I haven't complained to much, because my 2007 Braun Rampvan had problems all the time, ramp didn't deploy, door didn't open, van didn't lower all kinds of problems. I was back East and went to the factory twice they could not fix it there. Braun even extended my warrenty to 48 thousand miles
