I haven't complained to much, because my 2007 Braun Rampvan had problems all the time, ramp didn't deploy, door didn't open, van didn't lower all kinds of problems. I was back East and went to the factory twice they could not fix it there. Anyway, 2 trips to the dealer and & one UPS later they sent me a new computer that works great.Apparently they have different, newer & better computers just like everything else. If all else fails, ask your dealer to ck your computer. Mine felt bad after 2 attempts on changing the computer and 160 mile round trip, he sent the 3rd and best.
