Hey, how are ya? Well I was very active in such a wide variety of activities
it was like I had no rest in my ass. My motto was work hard play hard, and
boy did I ever, from
hiking,biking,herping,riding,(quads,trikes,dirtbikes,scooters,)white water
rafting, salmon fishing, on the lake and in the river. Camping,
snowmobiling, deep sea fishing, party boat bluefish fishing, fluking,
crabbing, you name, I've been there, done that, got the t-shirt. EXCEPT
skiing!!! I could water ski on my buddies speedboat, although tubing was
more fun, but my ex took me skiing for v-day one year and I didn't make it
past the bunny slope got a hell of a black and blue (purple)on my hip from
wiping out like 1,000,000,000 times. But was very good at everything else.

I agree, a friend of mine always said he liked snow skiing because you
couldn't drown if you wiped out. This was before I broke my neck snow
skiing 21.5 years ago in a snow skiing accident.

I couldn't keep a canoe balanced before my injury. To try it now for me
would be foolish. But i too am from Pa. And live not too far from the Lehigh
River and I really miss white water rafting'! I am afraid to try it now
(c-6) Ya know. My luck isn't the greatest. I don't want my obit to read "
stupid cripple drowns trying to go wwr" just my luck. E_bay has some cool
dune buggies that I might Check into. But I am looking for an accessable van
first.
