I've called the factory a couple of times in the past. They are located
in Illinois. Customer service has always been nice and helpful. Especially
when it comes to the Roho name and warranty. Call their 800 and see for
yourself. Then let the rest of us know what happened.

Best Wishes

They have at least a 1 year warranty--- if you can't fix and you have a
provider, they will give you a loaner and have roho fix or replace it. Most
all my roho cushions have lasted at least 2 years. Also at times it can be
a leak at the valve stem--roho can fix that too. Dan H.

As suggested, return your 3 cushions to the factory and wait for your new
ones.

Hi guys, how long does a roho cushion usually last for you guys? The
last three I have had went flat after only six months. That just doesn't
seem right for the cost. They send a repair kit, but I haven't had much
luck with it. What do you think? Larry Willis
