I've called the factory a couple of times in the past. They are located in Illinois. Customer service has always been nice and helpful. Especially when it comes to the Roho name and warranty. Call their 800 and see for yourself. Then let the rest of us know what happened.

Most all my roho cushions have lasted at least 2 years. Also at times it can be a leak at the valve stem--roho can fix that too. The last three I have had went flat after only six months. That just doesn't seem right for the cost. They send a repair kit, but I haven't had much luck with it. What do you think?
