They are located in Illinois. Customer service has always been nice and helpful. Especially when it comes to the Roho name and warranty. Call their 800 and see for yourself. Most all my roho cushions have lasted at least 2 years. Also at times it can be a leak at the valve stem--roho can fix that too.
