I'm using Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional 10 with Vista Home Premium and it works very well. It is critical to also install the Ver. 10 service pack 1 (a free upgrade) which resolves a number of issues. What software is requiring you to use mouse grid commands to do anything in Vista? Depending on the program, there may be alternative voice commands that will work more efficiently. Also, Professional lets you create your own custom commands through scripts and macros which may overcome any perceived limitations.
