Hi all,
it’s been some time since I was on the subscription list here, I’ve
been meaning to do so for ages. A work question is what brings me back and
hopefully someone may have already ‘invented the wheel’? I’m keen to know if
anyone has done some modifications to suit a remote control for an electric
(‘toy’ size) car? No doubt you’ve all seen them at some stage – they move
around at a hundred miles an hour with people controlling them by remote. This
is for a young guy with a high level quad injury (chin control w’chair user at
present) who is at our spinal rehab’ centre here in Sydney. I thought it worth
putting the question out to the ‘quad list’ in case anyone had any suggestions,
contacts, etc that might help?

In brief, that’s the scenario, please let’s know anything that might assist
when you can.

Thanks in advance folks.
