Hi Todd, I don't live in a medical MJ state but since the topic came up I'd like to add to your question for those who do.
I'm wondering what kinds of pain relief have been seen by any users. I'm not surprised by your notice of relaxers killing all movement and MJ just the uncontrollable spasms. It just stands to reason ... if awkward teen stoners (and older ones) can still beat video games requiring fine motor skills and multi-tasked thinking then it likely just stops the sudden OVER-stimulus/OVER-response that spasms are.
