I have a friend who had a prescription for THC capsules. THC, being the main active substance in marijuana. I've never smoked marijuana or tried THC capsules, but my friend swore the capsules totally eliminated his spasticity. Of course, it also had its side effects--he was definitely more "spacey" than before.
