I can feel your pain as I'm in the same situation. I am currently taking morphine,50 mg's lyrcia twice a day,4 darvacet and neurontin 2700 mgs through out the day and I also take meds for blood pressure, bowel and bladder. Some days I feel like a pharmacy. I recently had a over night test of a morphine shot directly into my spine. The test was a huge success and I'm going to get a pump installed so no more pills. Do you drive? I'm curious about mental & physical functioing while using morphine. I know what you mean about pills. I take 3 pills (Welchol) in the morning for high cholesterol, 3 @ night. 2 Lovazas in the morning & 2 @ night for high tryclycerides, plus all the pain meds.
