[QUAD-L] Supra pubic

how often do you guys change your catheters? I have a supra pubic and 
I always have a lot of sludge running through my catheter and 
consequently it plugs up. I can barely go two weeks without it 
plugging. I'm using an 18 French. What is the process of increasing up to a 20?
