My supra-pubic only clogs when I have a UI. I have been fortunate to get the 24 French I've learned. Mine needs changing in 6 weeks. Daily catheter is wiped with sterile water or alcohol. Surrounding skin is washed with sterile water covered with anti-biotic ointment.
