Hi Adam,
Regarding your UTIs.  Unless your bladder is fully voided you will  
continue to have bacteria in your bladder.  Sitting in a wheelchair, allows  
urine 
to puddle in your bladder.  Your sugar diet also will have an impact  on the 
growth of your bacteria.  Your diet and cleanliness will have some  affect 
with UTIs.
Consider the impossible.
Fully empty your bladder every 4 hours.
Consumer 40 ounces of water each day.
Consume 2000 mg of Vit C each 24 hours.
Stand for an hour each day.
Consider going from a Texas Cath to a Foley.
 
Eliminate the source of bacteria growth and population and you will see the 
 UTIs disappear.
