So, uhm, who has a democracy? Native Americans! I get it. He was dissing
indians.
The fact is, Democracy is the weakest form of government. The strongest and
most responsive is an oligarchy. This works best when children are educated
from a young age to fill bureaucratic and civil positions. Pfft, what a pipe
dream! people being governed by people dedicated to their well being..LOL. Who
would buy that?
As I said in the beginning, Where did this guy see a democracy to philosophize
about?

Demise Of Democracy
A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist
until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the
public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the
candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result
that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by
a dictatorship. The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations has been
200 years.
