After a month in the shop and many phone calls my chair was returned today,
But guess what? It came back with more problems than it first had.

I caught the delivery guy before he left, but he did not want to take it
back. He said he needed and order for it. I said you better all and get one.

After 45 minutes out in his truck he came back in. A repair guy tried to
walk him through some tests and no fix. So he finely took my chair back.

New policy for me. Always test everything out before signing for delivery

This is the 2nd time in a row the chair came back and none of my switches
worked. This time it included to chair joystick functions. 

I have a letter ready to send them and to cc to my insurance company.
