I believe a manual wc is required as a back-up, at least this is VA required.

Good morning, I need some advice. Our insurance paid for a electric wc. My husband needs a non electric one. Our insurance will only pay for one wc every 5 years. My husband also has MA as a secondary. I would like to know if any of you have been able to get the insurance to buy both and how you did it. Did you have to write a letter of medical necessity?
