[QUAD-L] Crazy Question

Hey, two crazy for those who use a ROHO cushion
1.  How do you clean the basic rubber cushion? The info. on line doesn't work 
and takes way tooo long, and
2.  For those that transfer on/off of it either using a transfer board or not 
using a transfer board, is there
an easy way of transferring with all of those air filled bladders or is it 
something you proverbally just have to deal with?
