I just had a plugged Foley today - what a "come-to-Jesus" event THAT is.
Had wife help replace it and I'm 95% better, still a little dull ache BUT
no more NDEs , whew. (I forgot my cranberry and vitamin Cs for 2 days -
yellow post-it now on my PC monitor.)

Some foods when processed contain gas and when the bladder expands with
some urine and gas it can also cause leakage. The gases can also produce mild
spasms too.

I have leaking at times, very rarely tho. When I do, it's usually (99% of
the time) because I hadn't been drinking enough water in the days pre
viously. So, whenever it leaks, i just force myself to drink more, and so far,
it's always solved the problem.

would like to be informed with info from people that live with it day to day
than just from a doctor. I trust him but would like to know if anyone with
a sling and a flaccid bladder have any troubles with leaking or whatever
may be a problem. I feel it's important to be informed.

> Increasing the size of the cath might be the answer. Of course, there
could be a half dozen other tangible reasons too. You and your doctor have
access to your medical records, we don't. Offering suggestions without
this valuable information is too risky at best.

abdomen.

have that have a supra pubic and how did you handle what to do about your
urethra so it wouldn't leak urine?
