I use a special adapted mouth stick for reading. It has dental impressions so that I do not get TMJ. I also have one which permits me to carry it out to the living room so that I can hit some strategically placed remote controls if I am unable to control my television or cable using my ECU. I have a pretty high tech desk which affords me the opportunity to have at least three books accessible and one magazine. I use Dragon NaturallySpeaking for all of my vacation needs, but I find it quicker to move around the keyboard utilizing a trackball. I do, however, have a more robust copy of Dragon NaturallySpeaking for my bedroom computer, but I haven't set that one up yet. I also did plenty of exercise using the mouse sticks.
