I've been using the quatro since my injury, over 4 years now and have never had 
a problem with it, not really sure what you guys mean by the stability issues, 
I feel pretty stable, maybe it has to do with how well inflated it is? or the 
way your chair holds it in? I don't know but I have no problem with mine, never 
had a pressure sore either and I stopped doing my tilts a long time ago. Maybe 
my big butt is what helps lol.
