I know about being tired all the time. Just this week I stopped eating so much junk trying to help my tiredness and motivation. I did not eat a lot, but a slice of pie and a coke for breakfast I thought might not be the best thing. Plus I started taking a daily vitamin. Pain meds I think is one big problem, diet another. I get plenty of sleep, but I'm just tired with no energy. I'm trying to eat a little throughout the day. One thing that you might want checked is your Iron and Testosterone. My iron is low, but after 28 years in a chair, my testosterone was at the very bottom of the charts. I can't stop my pain meds, I tried. I've cut them down as much as I can. I tried an energy drink with no success. I have to force myself to get out. Once I'm out I enjoy myself, but I just keep think... Maybe next week I'll go out. I guess a nap in the afternoon is not bad, but the constant... drowsiness... gets tiring.
