Greg, do you exercise regularly? I find that when I exercise I'm way more 
energetic, lately I haven't been exercising much and I've noticed I feel pretty 
tired and low in motivation. I think exercise and good nutrition is key to 
feeling good. And watch your sugar intake, energy drinks are packed with sugar.
