Quadius,

I have had my Permobile Chairman since January of 1999. I got it in New
York State when I used to live there. It was not until I moved to Arizona
where I went on longer walks (sidewalks and bike lanes that go on forever
here) and what you described below is EXACTLY what happened to me in 2001 or
2002. And, like you, the button just needed to be pushed again.

Then, it did not happen again for several years but I noticed that when it
DID happen again... I was going quite fast. Since then, I have never gone
full speed. Because if it ever stopped that abruptly again... I would go
flying forward even with my Velcro belt on. I am an average cruiser
anyway. Not too fast and not too slow.
