Well, since no one is talking I guess I'll tell you about my last 2 weekends First we had a short, but powerful rain/wind. Quite common this time a year (monsoon season) in the Phoenix area. The vent into my attic had a corner come unglued and the wind blew the rain hard enough for it to force about a gallon of water into the attic space. It traveled the floor until it found a hole where a light fixture is. It then traveled across the ceiling to a wall and then down. Not lots of damage, but the drywall needs replaced. Then this
