Oops, sent on accident.
Well, since no one is talking I guess I'll tell you about my last 2
weekends First we had a short, but powerful rain/wind. Quite common this time
a
year (monsoon season) in the Phoenix area. The vent into my attic had a
corner come unglued and the wind blew the rain hard enough for it to force
about a gallon of water into the attic space. It traveled the floor until it
found a hole where a light fixture is. It then traveled across the ceiling to
a wall and then down. Not lots of damage, but the drywall needs replaced.
Then this weekend we notice a few wood planks on our hardwood floors in
the foyer entry way were bulging up. The hot water heater in the garage
leaked, leaking through the closest wall. Now that caused damage. The drywall
on
the common wall between the garage and foyer was wet about 2 feet up.
Luckily we have extra flooring to match, but enough damage I needed to use my
insurance. Though just this year to save money I raised my deductible to
$1000.

Not much fun on my birthday :-(

Happy Birthday! You know what they say..."When it rains, it pours" Try
facebook, everybody seems to be on it!
