I had this same problem recently
Dr sent me for physical therapy. They had me doing stretches and all kinds of
stuff to my neck & shoulder. After 4 weeks ,they told me it was/could be a
nerve at the elbow "on the bone that rests on armrest".(just like Dr Bo said)

I wore a knee/elbow pad for a few weeks and tried to keep from resting my arm
on my wheelchairs armrest at the elbow.
I rubbed icy hot and put heat on it too.

The constant tingling went away.
But I still get it once in a while when I rest my elbow too much.

That tingling and numbness is very annoying and painful.
It makes you want to rip your arm off.

Tingling is NOT usually a s/s of a stroke or heart attack. Do not be worried
about that. Focus on Peripheral Nerve issues, like compression of the Ulnar
Nerve as it becomes more superficial at the elbow.

  Hope that relieves some worry,

  Dr Bo

  Todd,

I get this and sometimes my finger tips feel like a thousand needle pricks.
Symptoms of heart attack or stroke. I think it's just from being a quad. The
next day something else is bugging me.
