Since I've had my chair (about 4 years) I've used an oval shape foam piece underneath the cover of the back of my chair and it works great.

I tried a few, but they were just too big. So I rolled up a small towel and it did seem to help. It felt a bit strange at first, but it took about 50% of my quad belly away. Just from pasture.
