It does not really have a name on it and my chair shop molded my back. Then 
they 
sent that form into another manufacturer and a couple weeks later a custom 
molded back that fits into the backseat pan. I have developed a quad belly last 
couple years and I don't think it's quite supporting me properly anymore. I 
could get some pictures in a day or two if you would like my dear friend
