The "21st Century" was my first power chair back in 1982, it had the big rear wheels back then. I think you can still get those, but they are unattractive I think. Now called the Bounder. I now prefer front/mid wheel drive chairs just because they are easier to manage indoors and in my van. These 21st chairs are pretty big. BUT, I now think that is the chair I want again. It is the fastest chair I know of, 11.5 mph. It has fewer electric parts to go bad and belt driven still. I'm not sure if the summers in Phoenix will be bad on the belts, stretching them in the heat, etc. I want a faster chair...
