Debbie,
My husband is also my soul 24/7 care giver and i don't want to out live
him either. I to believe I will need to go into a nursing home if I out live
him. I live in Northern New Jersey and if I were to go into a nursing home I
plan on moving upstate New York. Why, you might be asking, because the care
givers that would be taking care of me would be from the immediate area. In my
location that would be people from Newark which is an inner city and I just
would not be comfortable. By moving upstate New York the care givers would be
locals from a small town community, and my older brother and youngest sister
live up there.
I'm C 5,6,7 36 years post and my body is really feeling the years in the
chair. I spent all of July & August in bed and just this morning was informed
that I'm going to have to wray in again at least a few weeks. Bobbie
