[QUAD-L] GRIT IN URINE

Does anyone have a way to keep grit from building up in my bladder and in my 
indwelling catheter. We have tried different sizes and styles of catheter. We 
have irrigated saline, ascitic acid. My catheter cLogs up in two days. NELP!!
