If Shanna is studying to get her degree to help those of us with spinal cord
injuries [whether psychology, PT, OT or Medical,] I will support her efforts.
If helping those of us with SCI earn her a decent living wage, say more power
to
her--she's earned it.

I understand that there are people out there who take advantage and greedily
prey on people with disabilities, but in my opinion requests such as this are
not in that category.

I'll be happy to look at the survey and fill it out if I can be of help.  Good
luck with your degree, Shanna.

Don.

Subject: [QUAD-L] Help needed-and so do we

Greetings Shanna,
You are not the first, nor with you be the last to enlist members here for your
study.  Each year around this time of the season the Quad-List receives several
requests for us to share tangible information so that people like yourself can
graduate and make tons of money, while many here are barely living at the
poverty level.. just to survive.  May I ask..
Is your present study supported by the National Spinal Cord Assoc as an
approved
study?
Is your present study supported by any of the national disAbility programs or
support groups?

I personally haven't taken the time yet to visit your survey, but it would be
nice to see that some kind of benefit would be available to those who are
supplying you with the information for your survey to graduate and make tons of
money.  I hope you never, never forget those who supported your study.

Best Wishes
