I really don't have any answers as to that type of keyboard, but I decided
to go to a much smaller keyboard in conjunction with a trackball. I use
voice control and my mouse stick in order to operate the computer.

The keyboard that I use (Logitech designed for PS3) is a great keyboard, but
it doesn't have some important keys that I like to use (page down,
page up, home, and other things like that. Still, I am able to use a nice
trackball with the small keyboard and it works fine.

I'm not sure whether they still sell them, but I picked mine up at Best Buy
for around $30. I purchased it about five years ago.
