Hi Tim,

You should be able to simply not plug in the speaker cord on the Dragon
headset and just listen to your speakers, or if you would like to hear
through both speakers and your Dragon headset, you can purchase a splitter
at RadioShack or online. Just make sure it's a stereo, not mono splitter.

Yeah, but the Dragon headset has two plugs, a pink one and a tan /off-white
one.

Thanks,

Tim

If you plug a microphone into the microphone jack only, your speakers should
work fine. Mine do. I am sure some of the other people on here can help
you out if you're having more problems.

Hey guys-
I hope all is well with everyone; I will have to read some posts to catch up
because it has been awhile.
I have a question; I purchased the Dragon 11.0 and run Windows 7, however I
have to switch wires between the speakers and headset if I want the ability
to use both. Do I need to purchase a Speaker/Headset Audio Switch to make
this happen? I am new to Dragon or any dictating stuff for that matter. I
want the convenience of Dragon, but also be able to listen to my music from
the speakers without this hassle.
Thanks,
Tim
