I mispelled, the Promogran comes in a octagon shaped package & it's made by Johnson & Johnson. It comes like a wafer & the nurse just cuts a piece as big as the wound then puts it inside the wound & covers with a guaze dressing. I get mine thru my Nursing Service & they order it with Drs. order. My wound is size of end of Q-tip. This treatment was ordered thru my Dr at Wound Clinic. Hope this explains better. Lindaf
